We offer free shipping on all valid orders over $75 USD. Free Shipping is automatically applied upon Check-Out. After your order is fulfilled, shipping is typically 10 days. We strive to deliver on all of our commitments and will contact you if there are any changes due to unforeseen circumstances. 

We offer shipping options from USPS and UPS in the US and Canada Post in Canada. International orders are shipped via DHL.These options are available at Check-Out and represent the best rates we have been able to secure. As a Shopify e-commerce seller, we are eligible for preferred rates which we pass directly on to you.

We offer free returns for North American orders within 30 days. The 30 days begins upon receipt of your order. 

After 30 days, a processing fee of $10 will be applied to North American orders being returned. 

For international orders there will be a $25 processing & shipping charge for returns.

We will happily replace any unit you are experiencing difficulty with. Our warranty applies to the original purchaser and proof of purchase will be required if not located in our order archives.

Our warranty does not apply to product with damage arising from misuse, improper maintenance, negligence, normal wear and tear, or accident.
